My technician that serviced my computer this morning was excellent. I had to leave to get my grandchild from pre-school and I have been told his name is Aryan Bhatt. He was so efficient, thorough, and friendly. He was very accomodating and patient with me and explained everything he was doing, asking permission for procedures that might affect my computer. I want to recommend him highly to his superiors.

I have come across a very nice customers feedback for technician Prince chouhan while taking heat check. Customer said that she understands the difference between good and bad customer service, Prince was very nice, he hung in with me even during lightening storm and power cut, he helped me to understand what he was doing and resolved all my computer issues and I will highly recommend him.

Thank you for your help with my computer. The first gentleman I spoke with was extremely patient and we were on the phone for over an hour.
Unfortunately, I did not ask him how to spell his name and I was so upset with the problems I was having with the computer that I forgot his name. The second gentleman, Naushad Ansari, took over my computer and fixed my Acer laptop. As it was dinner time, I waited to respond to your request for my opinion about my experience with your service. But by the time I tried to complement both of your employees, I was unable to send a response to you, it had to be sent within 20 minutes.
My experience with your service was extremely positive and I know that I will be able to call on you any time for help.
